DTLA Curfew & Ramp Closures Information
This is an important notice regarding the weekend curfew and demonstrations:
The curfew has been extended by the Mayor’s Office from tonight through Sunday morning. The curfew runs from 8 PM until 6 AM every night. For more information on curfew exemptions and guidance, please click here.
We are currently aware of three demonstrations planned for Saturday, 6/14:
- “Trump must go" - 9 AM @ 202 N Hill St.
- "Take back our flag" - 9:30 AM @ Grand Park
- "No Kings" - 10 AM @ City Hall
Major vehicular and pedestrian traffic disruptions are expected throughout Downtown LA, please plan accordingly. Please also note that when planning to travel Downtown, on-ramps and off-ramps are being closed on a daily basis. Please refer to the map below and check current closures here.
Curfew time & duration
From 8:00PM to 6:00AM beginning Tuesday, June 10th.
This curfew remains in effect until the Declaration of Local Emergency is terminated, or sooner at the direction of Mayor Bass.
Curfew Zone
The curfew area is depicted on the map below; the boundaries of which are formed by the merger of the 5 and 110 freeways on the north side; by the 10 freeway on the south side; by the 110 freeway on the western side; and by the 5 freeway on the eastern side.

Any person in the curfew area between the hours of 8pm and 6am are subject to arrest and prosecution.
Who's exempt:
- Residents living within the curfew zone
- People experiencing homelessness
- Those commuting to/from work
- Credentialed media
- Public safety and emergency personnel
- Individuals traveling to/from medical care or fleeing danger
Ramp Closures
Plan Ahead
Multiple ramp closures are in effect along US-101 through downtown Los Angeles, including on/off-ramps at Broadway, Los Angeles St, Alameda St, and more. Heavy traffic and delays are expected.
